• You are under the age of 18 – its illegal!
• You are pregnant or breastfeeding as there is a risk of infection which can harm both you and your baby
• You have a viral infection or disease
• You have a blood clotting disorder / Haemophilia
• You have had major heart issues or organ transplants
• You have Eczema / Psoriasis on the area to be treated
• You are taking Accutane medication
• You have been medically diagnosed with Keloid Scarring
• You suffer with Hyperpigmentation
• You suffer with an allergy to pigments

A patch test is required at least 48hrs before the treatment.  This can be sent via post free of charge, or carried out in our studio during consultation.  We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule your appointment if you fail to inform us that a patch test has not arrived, or you have not completed it before your appointment.

You agree to fully complete the consultation forms in advance of your treatment.  You must disclose all medical conditions and medication you are taking as this may affect your treatment.  We hold the right to refuse treatment if there are contraindications or medical conditions have not been disclosed on the forms.

All current treatment prices can be viewed on the website, and booking system and are subject to change.  In case of any changes, you will be guaranteed the initial treatment price as it was on the day that you booked your treatment.

An in-person consultation and patch test are required for each person before treatment. (Consultations can be held for 2 people together and are free of charge.)

A minimum £50 deposit per person, per treatment is taken at consultation to secure your booking and bundle price.

Final price including colour‑boost work may vary and is subject to assessment of the work required.

Bundle treatments apply once consultations are completed and deposits received.

After your free no obligation consultation, a deposit is required per treatment at time of booking, to confirm your appointment. Deposit is non-refundable. Deposit will be deducted from the treatment price as follows: £50 for PMU, MCA and Li-FT. £100 for SMP Density and Emergency removals. £200 for full Scalp Buzzcuts. Remaining balance is payable within 48 hours of your first. Remaining balance is payable within 48 hours of your first appointment.

Cancellations: A minimum of 72hrs notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations with less than 72 hours’ notice will result in the loss of your deposit (as set out above).

No show Appointments: We reserve the right to charge the outstanding balance equivalent to the full cost of the scheduled treatment for “no-shows”.

You may only reschedule your appointment once free of charge.

We hold the right to refuse service to anyone who fails to pay deposits or cancellation fees.  All cancellation fees must be paid within 24 hours of invoicing and before arranging a new appointment.

We kindly ask that you arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment.  Late arrivals may result in the cancellation of your treatment and loss of your deposit.   Please let us know if you are running late.  If you are running over 20 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled, and your deposit will be lost as cancellation fee.  You will need to pay a new deposit for future bookings.

You agree to pay the price in full (after deposit has been deducted) within 48 hours of your appointment. We accept cash, credit and debit cards and bank transfers.

You agree that if your treatment cannot be performed during your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited. Including indecisive clients, clients that change their mind, and clients who are not suitable for treatment, but haven’t declared all potential issues on the consent form in advance.

Treatment prices are non-negotiable and non-refundable.

You agree to follow all pre-treatment and after care instructions.  These will be provided in advance of your treatment / at your consultation. They are also available on our website.

All complimentary top-ups are required within 4 – 12 weeks (*18 Weeks for Melanin Rich Lips) of initial treatment for best results. It’s your responsibility to arrange your top-up appointment within that time. Any touch up booked after that time will incur an additional fee of £50. If a third session is required that will be charged at additional £80 – please contact New Confidence to arrange this within 6 weeks (*12 weeks for Melanin Rich Lips) of your last appointment.

We commit to provide you with the best work possible, however we cannot guarantee or be held responsible for how long the pigment will hold in the skin, or for low or no pigment uptake.

Crispness of pigmented hairstrokes and retention of pigment by the skin depends on your skin type, texture, after care and lifestyle.

We are based in Leigh-on-sea in Essex @ SS9 3RL. 

If you are driving: Parking is readily available and free, there are no parking restrictions. 

Bus: there are a selection of buses that stop along the London Road on routes to/from Southend City Centre, it’s just a short 3 – 5 minute walk from the Bus stop at Thames Drive to the Studio. 

Train: nearest station is Leigh-on-sea on the C2C line between London Fenchurch Street and Shoeburyness.  There is a taxi rank at the station, and a bus stop or its about a 20 – 25 minute walk from the station to the Studio.
